How do I start using Homify without creating an account?
Complete onboarding in the app. Homify creates a private, anonymous, device-based account/session automatically, so no email or password is required to get started.

How do I back up or restore my account on another device?
On iOS, open Profile and link Apple backup. On another device, choose the Apple restore option during onboarding. Restore works only if Apple backup was linked before.

What happens if I do not link Apple backup?
Homify can usually keep your session on the same device, but recovery after device loss or reinstall may be limited. We recommend linking Apple backup if you want cross-device recovery.

How do I invite someone to my home?
Use the invite member flow from the home or member area and share the invite code or link with your family member or housemate.

What is AI Task Suggestions?
Premium or Home Premium users can take or choose a room photo. Homify analyzes it and suggests cleaning or maintenance tasks, then you review and choose which tasks to add.

Why does Homify ask for camera or photo library permission?
Homify asks for camera or photo library permission only when you choose to take or select a room photo for AI room analysis.

Why did AI analysis fail or say I reached a limit?
AI room analysis requires premium access, a valid session and home membership, a supported image, and available monthly quota. The current quota is 30 successful analyses per month.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile/account → Subscriptions → Homify → Cancel Subscription.

My tasks aren't syncing. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh. If you are using a new device, restore with Apple if you previously linked Apple backup. Contact support if the issue persists.
