🗑️ Account Deletion

You can delete your Homify account at any time from Profile. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to do it, including if you use Homify without a registered email address.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following Homify data is removed:

AI scan records associated with your account are deleted. If you need help with any retained scan media, contact support at the email below.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. The Homify data listed above cannot be recovered after deletion is processed.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open Homify.

Go to Profile.

Scroll to the account section.

Tap "Delete Account" or "Hesabı Sil".

Confirm the deletion dialog.

Cancel Subscription First

Deleting your Homify account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately to avoid future charges:

Request Deletion by Email

Because Homify can be used without manually creating a login, you may not have a registered email address. If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

If your account is Apple-linked, include the email or Apple private relay address associated with Apple Sign-In if available. If you use Homify without an email, include your Homify display name, home name, approximate account creation date, device/platform, and any information needed to verify and locate the account.

We will process your request within 30 days.
