These Terms of Service govern your use of the MigSense app ("the App", "MigSense"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

MigSense is a personal data-tracking and analysis app that helps you log migraine and headache attacks and see your own triggers and patterns.

MigSense is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights, patterns, and AI output shown in the App are for informational purposes only. Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. Accountless Use

MigSense does not require you to create an account with an email, password, or social login. Your data is stored on your device; you may optionally sync it across your devices with your own Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for the security of your device and iCloud account.

3. AI Features

MigSense Pro offers optional AI-powered insights, chat, doctor-prep notes, early warnings, and extracting an attack from your spoken description.
These features may process a de-identified summary of your records with a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini).
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your situation. It is your responsibility to review suggestions before relying on them and to consult a healthcare professional when appropriate.
Access to these features may be limited to MigSense Pro subscribers and subject to monthly usage quotas.

4. Subscription (MigSense Pro)

MigSense Pro is offered as an auto-renewing annual or monthly subscription through the App Store.
Pricing and any free trial period are shown on the purchase screen and in your App Store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store account settings; they cannot be canceled from within the app or by contacting us directly.
Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription.

5. User Content

The attack information, notes, and transcribed text from spoken descriptions that you record belong to you. MigSense processes this content only to provide the service to you — local storage, iCloud sync, and any AI analysis you request.

6. Prohibited Use

Using the App in any unlawful, misleading way, or in a way that infringes others' rights
Attempting to reverse-engineer the App or its backend systems, or bypass usage quotas or security controls
Entering another person's health data without their consent

7. Disclaimer

MigSense is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its patterns or insights will be medically accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
